What to expect when VERA launches — delivery, regions, and our satisfaction guarantee.
Shipping at launch
When we go live, standard shipping will be available in our launch regions. Exact rates and delivery times will be confirmed before your first order ships.
Launch regions
We're starting with Sweden and expanding across Europe and select international markets. Waitlist members in new regions are notified as soon as shipping opens.
Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Not happy with your first order? Founding members can return unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days at hello@veranutrition.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
